Around 60 operators of power plants in MV met on April 9 and 10, 2019 in Bergen auf Rügen for the 7th Power Plant Forum M-V. The focus was on current developments and technologies in the field of sewage sludge utilization. Among other things, the Bergen sewage sludge recycling plant of the Zweckverband Wasserversorgung und Abwasserbehandlung Rügen (ZWAR) was visited and technical information on operation and maintenance as well as the experiences and challenges of thermal sewage sludge recycling were discussed in several specialist presentations. The operators used the forum to find out about the latest developments in the state and to exchange ideas with suppliers, disposal companies and plant operators.
