“Supporting companies/institutions in rural areas in resource-saving management”.
As part of the project, four separate workshop formats on the topics of waste, energy, resources and nutrition will be designed and twelve pilot workshops will be held within a year. The focus is on companies and institutions from the Mecklenburg Lake District. The workshops will take place in the companies on site and can be individually adapted to the current challenges.
The aim is to save working materials and energy through simple measures. This should not only reduce operating costs, but also make a contribution to environmental protection.
The current project is funded by the European Union as part of the Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic through the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor and Health MV. The project implements the following UN Sustainable Development Goals
5. gender equality
8. sustainable economic growth and decent work for all
12. sustainable consumption and production
